Cognitive Consonance is about software engineering applied in a computational biology setting.

Here you will find discussions about things like DSLs, declarative programming, data visualization, Clojure, Java, Python, Groovy, programming applied to biology (my main work is related to malaria epidemiology and population genetics).

My main site is tiago.org.

Some of the software that I have developed is available on my population genetics site. Mostly Java Web Start applications developed in Jython, Groovy, Clojure and Java. I also maintain the population genetics module of Biopython.
